
Full Training: $625/month
Includes training sessions for horse and up to three lessons per week for owner. Care of the horse includes coordination of veterinary and farrier visits, blanketing and unblanketing daily, mane pulling and trimming. Body shaves are done at trainer's discretion and billed separately.
Board: $390/month
Provided by B&B Stables. Horses are fed two flakes of alfalfa hay per day. Stalls are cleaned daily. Each stall has rubber floor mats and an individual fly spray nozzle. A third flake of alfalfa hay per day is available for an additional $25 dollars per month.
Riding School Program

Private lessons are thirty minutes, small group lessons are 45-60 minutes. Horses are provided.
Grooming: $110/Month
Horse is tacked up and down for each lesson, lunged or turned out prior to ride if needed, bridle cleaned and returned after lesson.
Extra Feed: $85/Month
Additional feed fed to your horse as lunch. We offer pellets, beet pulp, equine senior, or other feeds.
Extra Feed (Hay): cost varies
Timothy hay or bermuda grass fed to replace alfalfa or supplemental to alfalfa. Price reflects market price of feed.
Supplements: $40/month
Supplements or medications are provided by the owner, and fed to your horse on a regular basis, as indicated by the veternarian.
Day Fee: $55/day
Professional Rides: $15/class
Hauling: price varies depending on distance traveled
Grooming: $55/day(plus tip) - paid directly to the grooms.
Braiding: contracted out at each show
Bedding, Tack and Groom stalls, Staff expenses and supplies: Divided up among horses attending each show
First Field Farm attends approximately 12 'A' rated shows each year, as well as many 'B' and 'C' rated shows. We also participate in the Interscholastic Equestrian League program for high school and lower school students.
